The Festival’s grand finale concert brings together performers from all the headliner ensembles to perform some of J. S. Bach’s most festive works. Cantata 31, Der Himmel lacht! Die Erde jubilieret, brings trumpets and voices in fitting celebration of Easter. Similarly, Cantata 11, Lobet Gott in senen Reichen, honors Ascension. Bach’s Suite #2 will also be performed. A fitting end to four days of great music.
